I spent the past few days visiting Phoenix for the first time. I liked it. Not a place I could see myself living, but it was a delightful trip.
I was in town for a work-conference, and had a few hours in the evenings to wander about, and try the local food. The food was delicious. The town was a little confusing. This, for example, is a park (Papago):
It’s a beautiful place, but not like any I’m used to.
On the flip side, it was a time that helped ideas percolate through my noggin, making connections. I have a better handle on the dour brain fog I referred to last week. And maybe an answer. We’ll see.
